SHARED-RIDE TRANSPORTATION to and from Pheasant Run Resort

A-1 Limousine offers a share-ride service from O’Hare and Midway airports to
PheasantRun Resort. For Reservations call Pheasant Run Hotel 800 999-3319 or A-1 Limousine direct 630 833 3788.

Rates from O’Hare Airport are $ for the first person, $ for each additional
Person each way (up to 3).
Rates from Midway Airport: $ for the first person, $ for each additional person each
way (up to 3).

Above rates valid between 4:30am and 10:59pm Please call for rates outside these times. There is a $20.00 additional charge for transportation on Monday, Memorial Day.

O’Hare and Midway Airport Arrival Procedure

  1. After arriving, please proceed to the baggage area and claim your luggage.
  2. Contact A-1 Dispatcher by dialing 1-630-833-3788 and press 3. Follow the prompts to get a dispatcher for the appropriate airport.
  3. If you have your confirmation number, give it to the dispatcher; otherwise, give the dispatcher your last name.
  4. The dispatcher will tell you what door to go out of to find your limousine. Additionally, you will be given the license plate number and description of the vehicle.

Important Notes

  1. You may want to have a pen and paper handy when you call the 800 number so that you can write down the information the dispatcher gives you.
  2. If for any reason you miss your flight or your flight gets cancelled please contact us ASAP on our local number, which is (630) 833-3788.
