Exhibitor Set Up is Tuesday, May 28 (The day after the Memorial Day holiday)
Set Up will be from 10:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m.

Wednesday, May 29: 9:00 a.m. to Noon and 1:00 to 5:30 p.m. (Closed 12 noon - 1:00pm Lunch)
Thursday, May 30: 9:30 a.m. to Noon and 1:00 to 5:30 p.m.(Closed 12 Noon - 1:00pm Lunch)
Tear down: Thursday, May 30, 2013 5:30 - 8:30pm

Facilities include 18 hole golf course, tennis courts, indoor/outdoor pool, indoor pool and health club, dinner theater, shops, game room, comedy club and lounges. Pools, health club and tennis courts (except racquet rental) are included in room rate; golf fees and rentals extra

Location

Pheasant Run is 30 miles west of O’Hare Airport Chicago, at the corner of Illinois Route 64 (Main Street) and Kautz Road in St. Charles, Illinois. Pheasant Run is a self-contained hotel and exhibit facility. A car is useful but not necessary. Parking is free.

Transportation

Limousine service from O’Hare is $48 for the first person, $8 for each additional person each way (up to 3). From Midway Airport: $64 for the first person, $8 for each additional person each way (up to 3). RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE; a holiday surcharge of $20 will apply on Memorial Day Monday (May 30). Reservations are required; call Pheasant Run 800-999-3319 to arrange limo pick-up (the operator will need your flight details and arrival time). Or call A-1 Airport Limousine Service 630 833 3788.

Exhibit Registration

Each 10’X10’ booth is $895. It includes two Exhibitor Staff registrations and lunch Wednesday and Thursday. Additional Exhibitor Staff registrations are $50 each. The Wednesday evening banquet is $50 per person. Full payment must accompany registration.

Exhibit Rules

  • Sound levels and crowds from audio, video, computer media or live demos and appearances must not interfere with other exhibitors.
  • Exhibitors are expected to behave in a professional and courteous manner.
  • No children under 12 are allowed on the exhibit floor
  • Exhibits cannot exceed 8 feet in height in the back half of the booth, nor 5 feet in height in the front of the booth except end caps (i.e. double booths facing either end of the hall) which cannot exceed  5 feet in height except for the center 8 feet of back wall where maximum height is 8 feet.
  • Exhibit set-up must be completed by 10 p.m. Tuesday. No breakdown is permitted before closing time on Thursday evening.
